| Please contact us for information regarding rates for specific services. If interested in using private insurance to pay for services, we are available to help determine covered benefits. It may also be possible to coordinate these services with services provided by the Children’s Home-Based Services Waiver. |

| Footsteps of Change will travel up to 60 miles from Romeoville. No fees will be applied to travel up to 30 miles, however, a per-mile charge will be applied for travel beyond 30 miles. Please contact us for more details. |
